Noah Valyo, a North Carolina State-bound senior at Athens Drive High in North Carolina, joins DyeStat's Todd Grasley to speak about his Oct. 7 victory in the Garmin Race of Champions at the Great American Cross Country Festival at WakeMed Soccer Complex in Cary, N.C., also the site Nov. 25 of the Nike Southeast Regional meet. Valyo discusses his decision to remain in Raleigh and join the Wolfpack program and looks ahead to Nov. 4 and North Carolina High School Athletic Association state championship meet at the Ivey M. Redmon Complex in Kernersville. Valyo, who won the CAP 6 Conference title Oct. 17 at WakeMed, is looking to improve on a seventh-place finish in last year's Class 4A state final.
